This is a compilation of all 11 pdfs in the original post in one archive. It is an enormous 240k file that takes about 2 seconds on an average connection to download.

Yes, many of these pdfs are password protected and cannot be opened.

The forum password that opens the rar will not work on the protected pdfs.

Missing pssw in pdfs, it's a shame
looks promising
