Since last Friday I requested to reset my license... until now no action. I used all the communication. This waiting is too long. Recommended Tom to hire VA (Virtual Assistant) ;-)

You are missing the point sir. This is a tool to make money, Not a tool to magically turn you into a developper.



As for the LICENSE reset issue, I've been answering emails and reseting licenses all week. No Unread emails in my mailbox atm.
I'll check the forum link and my spambox but please email me one last time in case your first email got lost.
