Facebook Graph Search only works with US English accounts.

It doesn't matter where do you come from. You need to have an verified account and changed your language settings on facebook to english (us) - It's on the footer area on fb. If done you can use the graph search. I'm a german customer and it works for months

1: it was not a loop hole
2: it is not obsolete
3: you really need to read up on developer facebook advertising
4: if you had a FB app that generated enough installed FB user id's you would not be posting unresearched comments in someone else's BSO sales page
5: 3.8 works fine, if you learn how to use what it can do... other than scape id's...
