Hi Sasha, fb change something in graph search?

I see only search Facebook.. not search for people, places and things

*** Important Notice Regarding Ulead Pro ***

Facebook is in the middle of some major graph search interface changes. Some of you have seen the changes that are affecting the appearance of their account and might cause your Ulead Pro ( mac + pc ) function not so well.

Our challenge: Facebook applying process is very very slow, and a stable fixing can handle only on the final and stable version of Graph Search! (We assume that about 15 percent were affected so far )

We working hard on that issue. As always, We will update you as soon as possible here on the thread and email as well!

When do you think update will happen and the last couple days ulead pro been running supppper slow i mean it takes 5 sec to collect one email haha

I know many of this information is given in FAQ but still I will be happy if u can answer for me.

What is the major difference between normal and gold version.

Also u guys are working on some update, so currently software is functioning normally or should I wait till the update comes, As I am interested in buying this software.

Hi thank you for your inquiry,

We have 2 programs we sell here, and they are COMPLETELY different!

1. Ulead Pro - collects ids, emails, names and profile links - using graph search, people who like a page or group!

2. Social Lead Gold - collects using api - people who like/comment on a post/page/group and now you can also collect EVENTS! Built in id converter!

YES, we are currently working on an update for Ullead Pro for some its tills works, but if you have the new graph search interface then it will not work.
