hey guys quick update about this, my hosting provider has close the ports 587 465 and 25 they need some additional proof i provide the proof and voila the system i working perfect!

Your web hosting provider may have a policy that prevents you from using external SMTP services.
If so, you will have to contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to allow you to connect to Madrill from your server.
I know Bluehost does this for their shared hosting plans. Not sure about other hostings.

No need screenshot, it's as easy as follow,
at arpreach -> Add Email System
SMTP server: smtp.mandrillapp.com
SMTP server Port: 587
SMTP Username: [mandril username]
SMTP Password: [mandril api key]
Encryption: TLS
At Mandril, add API Key
