It was the same for me,
So... after downloading I extracted with 7zip - usual password,
clicked on extracted PDF and it opened, all links within PDF accessible.

Not sure why everyone is having difficulty opening the PDF containing the links to the product, but to save people the aggravation, I've downloaded the files/documents/videos via the links contained in the PDF and arranged them into folders. The .rar file is 590.9 MB and the unzipped folders are a combined 1.23 GB. Hope this helps. No password required.
