I think nearly everyone has gone through the same thing. This seller partnered with JVZoo and that makes fulfillment and serialization is an absolute nightmare! I have problems with 9 out of 10 purchases needing a serial from JVZoo.
What do you want? This seller is a Brit that can't decide whether he is a marketer or programmer. I said early on - he does neither well.
Anyway, here is the latest download for you and others that actually bought a copy and either have (or will have) a serial number.

He skipped a couple of versions - please don't ask me why - I don't have a clue. Version 1.14 took care of the right-to-left language usage problem.
But it jumped from there to V1.17. I just installed it myself, and I see little difference. He began promising a second template over 3 weeks ago and it has not materialized yet.
The program still loads painfully slow, flutters and flickers, and generally acts like an old car you have to kick in the side to get going.
Once started, the program works almost flawlessly. It is as simple as using his questionnaire and typing what you want into the fields of the program - then out comes a site.
I still only use the basic version, and solid sales continue!
Aside from having to convert the videos for the video version into at least two other video formats, the video version just has really slow load times - unacceptable ones. But most sites I see based on this kind of design - even the big boys - have slow load times.
As far as a serial - one trick you may try is to open the PDF which has a link to get a new number. It may or may not work, but I went 3 days without one myself when I purchased it over a month ago.
So, it's still a great little program for the non-techies. It's the devil to get it working and keep it working, but easy to understand and use.
For those of you updating from any version, ALWAYS use Revo Uninstaller or like program to completely remove the old version before installing a new one!
As worthless as this seller is, the program does work fine when you get it running. It was developed using a software building program that has become popular. But this has led to a proliferation of wannabe programmers that are not even good marketers.
Unfortunately, we will see more poorly built apps like this. I just saw one launched last week and it was bad enough that a marketer I thought was pretty good blew all his credibility.

Thanks for the soft Quasar and I did try the resend licence trick lol, but to no avail. It sucks that such a simple system can go so wrong.
And it f**ks me off that after paying for a product I can't immedietly download it and use it. It amazes me that someone can build a soft but is incapable of getting the product and keys to the customers.
I re mailed the support agin today..If I get no response by tonight I'll demand paypal give me my money back. It just sucks :-(

I agree with every comment you made, and came very close to getting my money back too.
Try downloading V1.09 in my first post, which I updated a while back. As far as I know, it still works with no serial # necessary. At least you will have something, even if you do get your money back.
The seller has had 6 weeks to get this fixed and I emailed him about it several times. I even told him exactly how to fix his delivery and serialization problems.
He's always apologetic, but it's like trying to communicate with a rock. He just does not get that you have to deliver the product with the same vigor you take people's money with.
Funny, how these guys can always snatch your money in seconds, but can't ever deliver the goods with the same efficiency - often not delivering what you buy for days after you give up your money.
I will never use JVZoo or Warrior+ for these problems and many more we haven't even talked about here.
It doesn't matter how great your products are if your fulfillment su.cks!
Try the link in post #1, then get a refund if the guy can't come through with what you paid for.

This is a review of the basic app - I have not tested the latest video sitebuilder update, which came late 05/14 - version 1.9.
It should be working fine - there are no more complaints in the WF. (If it still had obvious bugs, there would be dozens of posts about them.)

Go read the sales page and you will see for yourselves. PayPal, ClickBank, and lots of the big guys are already using this kind of site. It involves lots of pics, movement, images, lightboxes. etc. Oh and YES - you can embed Youtube videos - even in this version!
I included the first OTO, which is over 300 pics and images. The site building program is only about 5 MB by itself. The total file to download is 55 MB. Make mirrors and get one of our world class crackers here to null this thing!

This is a fresh, new way to build gorgeous Web 3.0 non-wp sites that are truly sharp. It is fast as hell and will work for anyone - even a kid could do this. It is a fill-in-the-blanks app - not drag-and-drop, which I also like. It only gets a 4 because it still has just a few limitations - you really can only build sites one-way, but that is a good thing with this program. You may not want to use this as anything other than a front-end to whatever you do online. If you need to build quick, simple da.mn nice Web 3.0 sites, this is the first tool I have seen that is near dummy-proof. I recommend you go buy it like I have - you will be glad you did.
