That is simply a group list nothing more than that. It will post to all groups if you select one or not. I have made new version v2.0 to avoid the confusion for premium edition users.

There is exclusion text file in the folder. Just put all the ids which you dont want to post.

Try to post 30 groups in a single go, dont blast at one time.
