Using multiple accounts features means if you have plenty of accounts and you dont want to type each every time, you can simply load it from drop down menu and login.
Using multiple accounts at the same time is extremely risky. Even if you use proxy, facebook ask you to verify it first that you really belong to this account due to difference in country and IP address. Only when you verify this thing first, you will be able to login .
App ID and secret key is your FB application id and key.
