Note To All Customers: My coder is waiting for SC's reply regarding some details on the Templates having search functions.. supposed to be today is the deadline, but it needs some access to SC's database to call the templates handlers as they say...hereby making delays on templates search function.. I just wish I'm html/php coder and I would handle it myself.. sorry for the delay on this Feature Request, still currently working on it.

And yes the editor is important for uploading your own code for the apps. It seems to come for 1 app on the business account and unlimited on the whitelabel.

I don't know much on appsmoment but from my 1st look, I can see that they are SC Resellers too. Then we are using the same SC Platform to build the Apps.
Regarding editor, I have not tried too as most of the customers purchase the SC Platform for no coding apps development, but if any of them can describe how this feature works in details then we feel free to make a support ticket and it will forwarded to SC for more clarifications if it's possible or not.. because the current already enables each html/css/ coders to create a customized app based on blank html templates where they can put their own codes.

Yes, I knew Travel ticket template is easy, but this is one important template to open the door for hundreds of affiliates. I knew how to do it, thanks to itshim. But for those who are first timer, and check available template, how would they know there's an existing feature? How would they send ticket to ask for it if they don't know that thing exist?
I'm on other reseller for 3 years, I haven't seen anything new until now, while collecting monthly payment.
The competitor created an out-of-the-box template, never seen it from any other reseller. Seems they knew what direction they are going. If they improved on support, they will gain more trust.

People are smart, comparing templates to templates from other resellers or making their own.. basically in SC Platform, if you have an account with other resellers, you can load that templates to your other SC account.. if they need support to do it, helpdesk a the proper way to go.
Fact is, not all SC resellers are equal... they can't have it all, people have different marketing strategies, and as a customer, you can chose whoever you like, the most important is, if a customers find something good with other competitor, his current reseller should be able to communicate if that request is possible, or if they can grant it too...as time goes by, this will help the reseller to grow too while listening to it's customers.

I answered it indirectly, I said they will know since customers are smart and can compare each SC resellers offerings, then make a request if it's possible by their current Reseller too, then the reseller should be able to answer their request if it can be done or not.
