$30 is for the current special offer of Lifetime Developer Account.
I don't know about editors account, it's not included in the offer. My lifetime developer account consist of similar package with SC $147/month Business plan but not including the Editor, and SDK feature listed there, its applicable only to Developers who know coding.
You don't need a MAC to publish to AppStore but you do need to have Apple Developer Account worth $99 per year.. you will supply that account info to the SC Platform once you want to publish your iOS apps that you've created.

I am verifying with my coders, if this is their work since they are reorganizing the Templates Section which are link to the Applications..or this error is due to h Seattle Cloud configuration itself, I have reported this to SC Support Team too.

Thank you for pointing it out, the "My Apps" button is now corrected and pointed to the correct link, it is now

It turns out that when customizing and testing the html page, it was not reverted to the working .aspx link.
We are currently work in progress for the customization of Templates Interface, and a great NEWS, soon The Semi White Label Version will be released... The due date set is next week Tuesday 12 Noon.
If we cause some downtimes, please bear with us and please report it asap for the fix. Best to use the Helpdesk for faster response..
