I sent you a PM about the link on how to create an App in around 15 minutes using the SC Platform.

For the App Icon design to be used in your App, it's very straightforward, In my case, I reuse the splash screen image requirements 320x480 shown here http://prntscr.com/5ci0td uploading the same image to other dimensions like 144x144 and the use the resize button to make it look real icon in correct size http://prntscr.com/5ci0td.

Feel free to open a support ticket if you are in the road block and I will guide you accordingly to use the SC Platform.
