It will, unless you are using it for one-time online purchase. The o/p has not replied to my last query even though it was posted more than three hours ago, and he was online. To the best of my knowledge such cards can be used once only. Suppose you purchase a card worth $2 and pay the issuer $10 for it and he sends you the details. If you make an online purchase of 10 cents, the remaining $1.90 cents will return to the account of the card creator. Therefore, you end up paying $10 for purchasing 10 cents.
