Hi I wanted a verified paypal account with a bank account and vcc attached to it. The VCC should be ATTACHED to the Bank Account so that when money is transferred to the bank account i can use the vcc to spend money from that bank account.

I want to buy a VCC but i only have around 5$ in my BTC, can i get it for that amount? Or i can send you the half money later when it accepts my card?

intresting after 3month need to buy a new card?

Since the card expires after 3 months, what will happen after that? Will Paypal unlink VCC from my account? Will I have to buy another VCC again?
