-for paypal it easy you can create new account pp and transfer ,but more than $3 300,00 USD they will ask you your id info.
-for bank account it only open with your real info(in your country),but you can try use VBA (virtual account bank) ,for me it preferred only for american or US resident,for forgient there is lotof restriction and may at last (after you bypass all restrection) will ask you physically visit to the bank .

money$ can go from vcc |=====> to paypal account ,(but not from paypal to vcc) not reciprocal

money$ can go from paypal <======> to account bank .(also from bank account====> to paypal )reciprocal

to withdraw money get verif pp account,recive money from someone,attached paypal to acount bank,and go to the bank and cashout your money. this is the normal method.

1. what if a country is banned from using paypal, if i use the country ip to open paypal and verify . will i get banned? i am asking because some persons are operating their paypal account with the say Coutry without VPN?
