Installation was easy, just read Install file from package, here are main steps:

2. Create database, username, pass, add user to database

4. Chmod one folder and 2 files to 666. (see CPV Lab Installation Instructions.pdf)
5. Open install file in browser, fill form to install script
6. Rename or delete install files, chmod 2 files to 644
7. Change admin password
Everything can be done under 10 min. Just be focused and do no rush!

I think stats and trends file need to be replaced to fix some problems, but Target Performance is still problem,

2.17 has been released after more than one year of waiting. I switched to iMobitrax by the time. Anyway.
What is my main interest in this release is the "DECODED". Sometimes you need to add custom options that the developer have no time to do.
Regarding THIS release... thanks! BUT the big issue is the no data in "Target Performance"
You can't optimize by Banner, Source, Target, etc... simply because you have no data for any variables. I have 2 paid licenses of CPVLab and used the software for over 2 years. This release really needs to get this fixed to be worth it IMO.
Thanks for the decoding though, I might be able to do something with it. :)
