I've a problem sometimes appear when visitor redirect

Can anyone throw some light on the matter..... why does my CPV Lab appear like this and not as the other screen shots shown here? Would appreciate any help. I think it may be the crappy hosting I'm using.... but I'm not an expert. Thanks guys
