Really, the issue is the people that can not find it are those that do not take time to read the thread fully. They skim and scan without any real purpose. This is a little like them on the internet I presume - wanting to find the golden nugget without actually putting in the effort and wanting others to do it all for them. Lesson should be learned - change the attitude and change the process, then you may indeed find what you seek!
