Yes, that's why +add reputation button is there but nowaday, most of them will not press that one :) they just hit and run. 90% who reply in the thread will surely hit that Add Reputation button though.
for now, Thanks button also is disabled, for whatever good reasons I don't know, maybe some conflicts with site performance..
I just missed the activity too, the interaction between members, the relationship,,..atleast once in awhile there are some busy activities in a thread 
I'm not always making a thread like this too..

I have downloaded both files I have unzipped the first folder no problem may I say this is a great share. I look forward to receiving the password for file two. Thanks for sharing, spot on.

Well, the Thanks Button disabled it's because it slows the entire forum! Right now BBHF members is around 137K and still growing I believe! At one time, the concurrent users is around 30k, meaning 30k members is browsing all BBHF stuffs, everyday! I'm glad the Thanks button disabled!
