Guys besides language and stuff', even though I simpathize with op, Why don't use MD5 to sign and check the uploads? There Will be no way then to modify the shared file. It's plenty of online tools , most of them free, for this purpose.
Just a proposal.

You're not right. Most mirrors are infected or code changed, or something is added like sending anon emails, spamming etc.. Rule should be that authors need to use multi mirrors, not others.. Also if you download something and there's 10MB of junk .txt files with someones domain in it that's mostly because of leechers, and those mirror makers.

So, no, you're not right. Who cares about some rep?

Do not blame the mirrors if you do not know which link to click and which not to. I've made several mirrors, nokia has made uncountable ones... nobody has complained. Mind providing some examples of the so-called infected mirrors?

From what I've seen on some other threads, I think the issue is the person creating the mirrors is adding adware/malware to the files before mirroring them. It's not necessarily an issue of the user accidentally clicking the wrong link on the file hosts. The OP ends up getting a bad reputation when others on the thread start complaining that their files were infected, when in reality it was someone who mirrored the files that added that junk.

My other major issue is that people put effort into creating content (nulling it or whatever), yet when these mirror makers create a mirror it is to:

1. Their own hosting, which is littered with ads; and thus generates a profit
2. To shit PPD sites; once again to generate a profit
   

My major issue with 99% of uploaders is they try to make a quick buck of someone elses work...

JustSomeDude simple as that i gree with you! Admins and Moderators start writing new ruls and doo your job for users witch not respect others simple as that. I got a lot for share witch i buy with my faking money so that i did not get respect from users if i say DO NOT MAKE ANY MIRRORS OR DO NOT STEAL FROM VIP SECTIONS then F*** this forum. Honestly say bad sad for the community on a long way. Soo start todo something about this shit to be stoped!

Anybody can post a clean mirror on a non-premium site onto any thread. That is how the site operates. If somebody posts a mirror that is infected or premium then report it for violation of the site rules.

Do you happen to have a link to that decision ? I read a post the other day that was reposted and that was supposed to be from lala that came down in favor of the no mirror makers. That is why i deleted all my shares in protest. If there has been another official post then id like to read it.
