When can I get my Master Reseller features restored?
You said you'll get it fixed by 15/09.
It is now 30/09 and still no Master Reseller functions in my account.

This ticket have been opened since April. Yet to be solved. Just empty promises.

You really gotta have an extremely high level of patience if you want to deal with this hosting.

Indeed, high level of patience and bunch of money to go wasted. I have use their service for a year with several time services not working, shifting you from one to another server location. I just didn't renew with their services.

I am not saying their service is completely bad, still lots of improvement is required. Just don't host your main clients with them blindly.

Master Reseller options is working on most of our servers,

But we stopped the plugin in our NY location , We will restore it once

We increase our HDD's and RAM.

This is an important step for our client's.

Removing a plugin that may cause issues to the server

doesn't mean we have issues ?!

We have a 100% Uptime in all of our Servers since along time ,

We don't have any downtime.

You HAVE ISSUES when you've been sitting on this for 6 LOOOONNNGGGGG MONTHS my dear FreeBlackHat.

Not 6 minutes..
Not 6 hours..
Not 6 days..
Not 6 weeks..

But 6 MONTHS and still the wait continues... Hahaha...

Servers are down continuously, can you please check and rectify the issue. Sites are not loading and its causing lot of issues for me.
