What kind of ToS do you have? As last thing I want is my access banned because one reseller or client broke the Tos and dont want to lose my enter master reseller account. I can understand if we ban the offending client.

Server was unavailable all day. When the server is finally available, find out all my websites hosted under this account are gone. All the files disappeared. The nameserver ip changed and the server name changed too. Is there a "surprise" server move without notifying anyone?

The issue was exist because of the Nginx Web Server,

We have updated the plugin to the last version
