Now the server itself "server.findawebhost.net" (which, curiously was hosted on a shared plan at https://twention.com ) has been suspended... I mean, this guy is selling hosting services but his own server is hosted by someone else -- and it's suspended for non-payment???

You can access cpanel through your website itself with free trusted SSL all clients get it once registered with us,

You can access cpanel through the servers ip ( you can find the server ip inside your welcome mail )

You can access cpanel through hostname,

We use this website (findawebhost.net ) for matching the hostnames of our +7 locations, and it's not necessary for anyone it's only for hostnames and you shouldn't depend on this hostname,

I know you are from Senegal and we have many client's from Senegal ,

The domain name you mentioned it's hosted under our servers and his owner is a client like yours. So please don't talk about a client hosted on our servers in public it's a private information and BBHF is against this act.

I have only one opinion here.

To put us more comfortable as resellers, kindly speed up the support within 48 hrs MAX if any issue arises. Please be noticed as many clients are using PPC - Paid Per Click to advertise their website.

We are not affordable to compensate their loss... :)

In addition, many of us will have to create cPanel account within 7/24/365 in every second!
