I researched this thoroughly.
I went to amazon signed up searched for Polly and can't believe how good these 8 English voices are. You can upload lexicons to adjust the voice output. Download your audio IT IS TOTALY FREE Someone created a video on this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQpuTsDiTFM |

Another free online TTS generator is Bluemix. The speech it generates sounds far more natural than that produced by other TTS generators, even better than the paid ones. I think the link was provided on this forum a while back. It sounds far better than the speech produced by Polly.

synthesys Is also has good voices spechello has more good upgrades
However all this softwares doesn’t have perfect voices as it was marketed it tried both of them.  |
