NEED HELP GETTING TRAFFIC TO MY WEBSITE

Hello, i need help on promoting my website. My website is about half of years old. First 2 month i got about 20-50 registrations in day. Now with big efforts got just 8-12.

So questions is where to get targeted traffic? I post in facebook, twitter. so maybe you know some of forums or some tools? I know there is warrior forum. Now i'm using 2 tools panda bot and >>>[[[Reported by Members as Spam Site]]]<<<.

My problem is that i dont have alot of money for promoting my website, but i have lot of time, any interesting information will be helpful for my, so if you can help my. :)

Let's see...
First, Panda Bot I've only heard about, no idea how well it actually works, but it won't work if you don't target good keywords.
Second, forget about any traffic bots. They bring traffic but no acutal visitors, never mind someone who might actually sign up.
