Yup. You have careful about it, use most popular image and change bit. Don't use way too many this trick .

Good share buddy but I am a bit curious .... how the stock image companies catch you when there are several other sites using the same image? How they decide between the legit purchase and the stolen one?

There are many great websites that provide great free stock photo like http://picjumbo.com

*Save the iStock Image with the watermark
*Go to google image search
*Click upload image or paste the url of the image
*Google will find the pixels of that file all over the web, then display them.. Just click large images
*You will see that same image without watermarks and the high-res one- make sure you find an image with large dimensions
