Medow, I tried to give you more rep for all your helpful advice but it says I can't add any more for the day.

I downloaded it to my smartphone and tried transferring it to my laptop but the laptop won't accept it.

Then I tried zipping it up and transferring it but just like with the rar file as soon as I unzip it, it disappears

download with virus and malware scanner disabled and it will be in the folder next time.
