Whats this message: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
After successfully unzipping the .rar I clicked on the .exe file and got the above message - I take it that its garbled/corrupted ??
I ran it through Administrator privileges!

You are not doing something right and this is it: they are 2 files right 1 is the exe file which you have to install first and the other 1 is the cracked file "the 1 given you the error" so now copy the one you said is given you error to th AU directory. hope I helped you.
