eBay have really cracked down on what they call "Advantage" selling. Where people take advantage of others.

Is it legal? Yes.

But it's against eBay tos? Yes. Since they have a section for "Bad Business Ethics" now. You'll get away with it for awhile until people start reporting your auctions. Chargebacks will be given and you'll get flags.

But then again anyone who seriously does this deserves to lose their accounts. How poor must you be if you have to resort to this to make money in life.

The only way to get away with it is to CLEARLY state what the "computer" is in description. It is well known that people read the first paragraph, middle and last one...ths ..if you put this disclaimer between middle and last pargraphs...they wont read and you can prove you worned them.

I dont entirely blacklist this "method"...i feel this is same as with ponzi schemes - if you're d#mb enough to get fulled into investing money in a ponzi scheme...u deserve to lose your money!

This eBay thing is not ethical...but it is also NOT illegal if you clearly explain what they are buying!

Better yet...make a Nice report like a BUYER's GUIDE , top 5 places to get products for less money...show them where to get electronics coupons and stuff like that...in other words make it worth it.
