WTF, this is almost as bad as the other thread about setting up fake charities.
You'll lose your paypal account, your ebay account and probably have people investigating you that you really don't want investigating you. Set up ads on ebay that seem like a legit deal for a great deal on a popular product. Example: Laptop computer for a ridiculously low price to trick people into purchasing the product. The product is actually a "report," a piece of paper that you send them that details how to purchase the item at a low price. Basically fraud. Another product that gives the black hat scene a bad name.  |

eBay have really cracked down on what they call "Advantage" selling. Where people take advantage of others. Is it legal? Yes. But it's against eBay tos? Yes. Since they have a section for "Bad Business Ethics" now. You'll get away with it for awhile until people start reporting your auctions. Chargebacks will be given and you'll get flags. But then again anyone who seriously does this deserves to lose their accounts. How poor must you be if you have to resort to this to make money in life. |

makes money? - yes, can lose ebay account? - yes, you can, cause people who was trick into it will report and charge back and leave negative feedback.. legal? - yes. it is all about trick headlines and ads way that SOME people will think they got actual physical goods (TV,PC,etc) but they will get CD with LEGIT resources to buy WHOLESALE... good luck . but be careful!!  |
