Totally agree with you eqnanul1. The only way to feel and experience the method is to try it. The first time I saw Wim Hof guiding Joe Rogan in the breathing, I was skeptical even though I saw how Joe Rogan performed. So, I decided to try it myself and measured the before and after. I was astounded how it made a difference. Since that time, everytime I went to a swimming pool it's fun under water.
