It can enhance your immune system and ability to cure ailments naturally. He invites scientific investigation to show that what he does is real and that anyone can learn to do it. The guy really seems genuine and full of energy. He has a free mini-course you can sign up for. While we are waiting for the upload by scanvenger you can see this short youtube video and get a good sense of his breathing technique. I have tried his breathing technique since the first time I saw him in a Vice documentary.
I was astounded by the results I've achieved. Prior to doing his breathing technique, I can barely hold my breath for a little over 30 seconds. When I did his breathing technique for around 2 minutes, I can hold my breath close to 4 minutes. I've also tested it in a swimming pool, and prior to doing the breathing, I can make it across the swimming pool swimming underwater, but it was a struggle. When I did the breathing, I can easily cross the swimming pool, and when I did the breathing for 2 minutes, I can hold close to 5 minutes this time underwater. Joe Rogan even had a first time experience with the breathing technique... watch starting @8 minutes in the video timeline...
