I've already seen this in the past. All he did is re-write his old WSOs to squeeze some more moolah!
The strategy itself of finding untapped Keywords works. I know first hand. Based on that i have found a keyword with 8100 exact searche a month with non-existing competition (at that time), bought the domain for it, placed a few articles and DID NOT BUILD any backlinks. Today it is on 1st page of Google in spot 6 or 7, i think. It needed about 3 months to get there. It is above WebMd and other important sites. So, yeah it works, but you need to take the research part very serisouly! +5 to OP  Any and ALL Reviews that i see, get an instant +5 in REP.
