If you have Becker's Dream Niches you have another way, this is all about Google Keyword Planner and compliment's Dream Niches. I found it an easy read, with the checklist you'll pick it up quite fast.

The full product is going to be $97 after a limited number of early low prices so if any one gets hold of it, I'm not paying that much, add it in.

I've already seen this in the past. All he did is re-write his old WSOs to squeeze some more moolah!

The strategy itself of finding untapped Keywords works. I know first hand.

Based on that i have found a keyword with 8100 exact searche a month with non-existing competition (at that time), bought the domain for it, placed a few articles and DID NOT BUILD any backlinks.

Today it is on 1st page of Google in spot 6 or 7, i think. It needed about 3 months to get there. It is above WebMd and other important sites.

So, yeah it works, but you need to take the research part very serisouly!
