Wordle, Quordle, Sedecordle and Nerdlegame! I'll bookmark them all! When I find details on how to play, I'll give them all a try. I'm finding that Quordle must be different, even if only a little, from Wordle. If nothing else, its interface is throwing me off a bit.

These puzzle resources will be a great addition to my standard fare of doing pencil-and-paper crosswords while binge watching television programs after dinner.

Yesterday's puzzle was frustrating and I failed to solve it because there were several options and I chose the wrong one. On my last chance (last row) I struggled to decide between STOKE and STOLE. Of course, the solution was STOVE.

I have decided NOT to post my solves going forward, so this will be my last post on this thread. I appreciate the couple of people who posted their results and was really hoping that more of you would do the same --- but that hasn't been the case.

So I will continue to enjoy Wordle privately. I urge you to give your mind a brief (but brisk) daily word exercise whether it be Wordle or some other way.

Hey Layna,

Ya quordle is different, since you only get 9 chances to solve 4 puzzles at the same time. Yes it puts the word in each of the 4 boards, but that helps you guess each one. I always start with the same word, CRANE, and then from there do each board at a time.

Wordle is all about the sharing of the completed board with family and friends, or on twitter, if youre into that.

Also discovered another wordle alternative from a friend, lewdle, its an "adult" version. not as fun though. I just stick with wordle and quordle.

@greyninja: Thanks for posting, friend. I would probably fail miserably at both Quordle (the 4 boards at once would overwhelm my senses) and Lewdle (I wouldn't be able to think up enough adult-only words to solve the boards); but I've got a love-thang going on with Wordle. I wake up each morning looking forward to it.

And just when I posted that I would NOT share any more of my solves...
