I have tested and it reported a virus

Do you know if it is a really virus..or is a fake one?

You should not be changing the path, only the name of the folder in that path. If you do not have the file, (as it is the only file in that folder) then you may have changed the wrong folder name, or you create a new folder.

Go back and look for the original folder again in the path I described earlier. If you find the original folder, that means you created a new folder. Simply ignore it and follow the instructions carefully to change the name of the existing folder that is described in my earlier post.
