I'm also having a problem with the software finding the "proxylist.txt" file.

I tried searching the installation folder for the file "proxylist.txt" and it doesn't seem to exist at all. Do I need to manually create this?

You need to go to ProgramData, not Program Files. The folder is likely hidden, so you'll need to locate it and then rename that file.

those that are having the issue with not finding the porxylist.txt file you did not go to the correct path.
Carefully read my instruction again and follow them to the letter and you'll be fine.
