what exactly do i need to enter in config.php? Do i need to make new database in cpanel or what? Can you explain this step with more details...

read the manual on sendy website
create blank mysql DB. copy down user and pass. and enterthat into sendy. nothing more than that |

install.php file is infected and function.php file in include folder the rest is clean..
