Listen midastouch. Correct in not sharing your niches BUT my advice is to not waste your time with a journey thread. Why?

People need to invest their own time into reading these courses and discover what's in them. Personally, as I mentioned to jonnymonic - RankXL resonated for me.

One of the reasons I posted what I did in #58 is that people need to see the big picture first. But see it in there own minds. One way is to observe what you DO sell on eBay and develop it further into this authority site. Or you scrap that and build fresh. Only you'll know but feel free to PM me and possibly I can help you get your bearings.

In my experience - RankXL will help ya stay organized better but your personality might object. Figure it out. If you do chose to work with RankXL then do take time to glance at similar subject material in Jon's course. Quickly you'll just know what flows least obstructed.

I said before that RankXL is paint by the numbers but that doesn't mean it's hurdle free. This is a long-term investment of your time, effort and some capital. The second, third, fourth, fifth, etc, sites you build will be executed in a more efficiently productive manner. Ideally, you'll have multiple authority sites running.

Get good at understanding the different work formats and later you begin to outsource. Say you hire 2 outsourcers and overtime promote them by having them train new outsourcers etc.

Something good and useful is to work an understanding and binding agreement with your outsourcers too. This is down the road.

When you do sell a site, you tell the new buyer your outsourcers for that site come included with a - "Caveat Emptor" - They are only temporary, helping with the transition of new ownership for a - specific, set, legally binding amount of time ONLY.

This TOTALLY frees you up to remain focused on your small empire. Tell your outsourcers there's a performance based bonus. Meaning they answer the new buyers questions as they have been running the site.

I will take on board your suggestions and will just knuckle down to the work needing doing in the weeks and months ahead.

I've no problem with working hard and already have some of the skills needed to set these sites up. Going to be an exciting year.

I would like to follow your progress. I may not be able to reverse engineer it but at least in the dark gloomy nights I can still see that some one is walking the path ahead of me.

MediaPro, just open the first PDF listed in the folder and you will see the course layout (by Section) which will allow you to match up the PDF's and Video's and open them in the proper order.

Not as easy as in numbered order but the layout is provided in the course.
