Links do work. Click on the first link of the flavor of membership. You'll get a page with a bunch of steps on it. I believe it is Step 2 that will take to the registration page to create your account.

That gives you the standard registration (you can't record and you can't save your webinar). That would be the upgrade - Pro version.
