There's nothing wrong with the password. You probably have a space in it.

Don't post passwords in threads, it can get indexed in search engine results.

Not sure what you are doing wrong, type it out don't copy and paste or try using post #3's mirror. There's no password for that one.

Also, go back and edit your original post and remove the password.

Many years ago I used to drink tons of it and I think it party contributed to crushing my adrenals.

I had like half a cup a few month ago and felt like I was on d*** crack or something. So now I just avoid it. I'm way too mentally hyper with it now plus I'm dangerous the way it is. lol

Hmm interesting, so no coffee full stop? I only have 1 cup a day, with half the butter, but I think the MCT is where it's at ;)

RE:
Everyone is different, some people benefit greatly from coffee, some don't. I used to definitely, but I think the more healthy I became and the more I recovered from a lot of other issues, the more it transitioned into having negative affects. Now it's like a jagged/jittery hyper high if I drink it so I avoid it. I don't even miss it.

I'll take a cup of mineral rich bone broth with butter or coconut oil in it, though.

.
So I recently decided to revisit BP coffee and start experimenting again. It's been about a month now. Phenomenal results so far.

I really think the key change was the fact that this time I used actual BP beans and the newer octane oil. More likely the beans, though. In the past I used a quality organic coffee, but this seems to not be enough for me personally.

My current recipe for One large cup (which is basically 1 3/4 to 2 normal cups of coffee) is this:

3 tbs fresh ground beans
2+ tbs high quality unsalted butter. I use kerry gold or nordic.
1 heaping tbs collagen protein (BP brand) It's heat stable.
1 1/2 tbs brain octane (their new MCT oil, which is totally tasteless)
Brewed in a french press using spring water.

This is now breakfast daily.

ZERO negative affects. No jitters, no crash, smooth focus, and easily keeps you going appetite wise until lunch or later.

Ideally you'd want to use 100% raw butter, but that's hard to get unless you are friends with a farmer or you make it yourself from clean sourced 100% grassfed raw cream. It's also illegal to sell in a lot of places. Don't even get me started on that food tyranny. So the closest thing is what I mentioned.

Anyone attempting to use this recipe, be mindful you have to briefly blend this to emulsify it.

Yes it "seems" pricy, but considering the benefits and that it is the exact opposite of regular coffee, I'd say it's not expensive. Shit. look at the ridiculous prices people pay for sugared up crap coffee at starbucks or their local gas stations filed with foam and dead pasteurized/homogenized milk or a bunch of artificial garbage.

Depending on what you put in your BP coffee, it's about 2 bucks for a large cup.
