Only through our love and friendship can we create the illusion for the moment that we're not alone.

Thanks OP for sharing.
This method seems workable. But mostly only theory - Presentation slides.
Hard to know what to do for newbie.. Like redirecting of script - how? Or to set up mobile website for client?

I appreciate your insight into the author, MagicMike. There are too many WSO's based on theory rather than an real tested business model. This one does sound good, but after reading your note, I have to say that she probably never tested this strategy herself.

It does work. The pay off to me is just not worth it though. I emailed 200 people and converted 3. 5 hours to make 30 bucks, meh not really that hard up.

REVIEW: THIS IS JUST ANOTHER BS WSO!

The money is made by giving away a free mobile site -- and then charging them for hosting with your own reseller account. Everyone should know a separate website is not necessary for a main website to show up properly on a mobile device.

I went through this program and asked a question in the WSO thread, which was answered by a respected WF member Here is the conversation:

Jack asked, "I am a little confused about the mobile site hosting. When a viewer goes to the prospect's main website, is there a "reader" installed on that site to detect it is being viewed by a mobile device and then redirect to the mobile URL? That would seem the only way this could effectively work.

Would that mean we would have to have access to their website? That would kill the deal most of the time."

"I wanted to respond via PM and not on the sales thread, because I specifically asked Holly via PM about this when the WSO first came out. Her response was that she had not found it to be a problem. I disagree with her. To answer your question, there isn't a reader installed. Its called a redirect script, and yes it has to be installed on the current website of the business owner. The client either has to let you have access to their hosting platform, or you give him/her the script and they have it installed.

And you are correct, IMO this can be a problem. If the client has a webmaster, they are going to know that the mobile site can be placed on their current hosting and work fine. How big I have not discovered yet, as I have not talked to that many clients about mobile sites yet.

To get paid the monthly hosting fee what you are doing is essentially misleading the client by telling them that the mobile site has to be on your hosting because your hosting is configured correctly for the mobile site to work properly. That is not a true statement."
