I have no idea if you're right or not about this chick. What I can say is that if you read her warrior thread and the product you quickly see how many small details she completely seems to overlook.
Can the method work...I dont see why not BUT there are many questions that need clarification that are simply not addressed. The idea is workable but as locmanis said earlier, it's not new. Years ago a guy named John Bowers did the same thing with regular websites and this method was described by John Durham in a report entitled "The Bowers Formula".
Like all of the crap WSO's produced this one attempts to make it sound like it is easy to do. It should be an easy sale, right? Except there is nothing in the sales letter about how most local sites are being built with Wordpress and that most Wordpress themes these days are Responsive - meaning the business owners don't need a mobile site - even if it is free. It is a workable idea but it won't be as easy as they make it seem!
This is a message to all those who don't understand, "Sharing is Caring". If you aren't working to make this a better place (ie having a REP of at least 100) don't ask me for help. Everyone has something on their hard drive they can share. Everyone has the time to offer a review or create a mirror!

So point here is to outsource, and first month you pay outsources, and after that everything is profit.
I have 3 big problems with this biz idea: 1. She did not say about hosting affiliate earnings - it is PAY PER lead income, not monthy 2. Who will pay 49$ for mobile hosting month after month? (without this cost you can not afford outsorces (30+15), so U must invest from your pocket for every new customer.) 3. Technical one - I do not think you can create mobile version of desktop site *to be proud of* in just 15 - 60 minutes as she said (if you have outsource u care less for timing). I do not know....
