Hopefully, a user video will be available that will address this issue. Anyway, I would invite users to post there findings in this thread.

yellow pages spends loads of money on advertising. If I recall, I have
another application in my tool box that also scrapes this kind of info
which include businesses that pay for advertising. Cyborg is reliant on
Manta. And, many businesses who post listings in Manta enter the
principal business owners name. Perhaps future versions of Cyborg will
scrape this info as well. Anyway, for those who want to use Cyborg, use
multiple valid proxies. And, the application will post paid
advertisers at the top of the list. And, I assume the Cyborg generated
paid advertisers are 'internet ad users' only. You can stop the
application pretty quick to get to where 'the rubber meets the
road'.

If they find your software useful. They will support you.

Seems like more energy went into setting up the jv promo than developing the software.

At first I ran Manta and got no results, then I left it running and got a bunch. I stopped at 650.
The I exported the results and found most were duplicates. The count went from 650 to about 70. As someone mentioned earlier the was no distinction between regular and paid advertising listings in the exported data.

Ran an Urban Spoon search and the results were a bit more complete regarding address and phone #'

The ebay ads are useless at least in my test

I did not use a proxy and I did not get banned. Lucky me. But inability to load multiple proxies at one time is part of the poor design.

I rate this software as below average to poor. Exported results had a ton of dupes and no segmentation, having to setting up proxies one at is dumb, plus searching for cities in a drop down list with the same name but in different states is really bad designing.

This is a simple scraper software that does not analyze anything. Nothing new here.

I would not pay for this program without major improvements and even then there are already better software on the market. I feel bad for the warrior sheep that will get bombarded with this sub-par offer. Shame on the jvs that promote this knowing its an inferior product. The prizes for the top earners will quickly wash the shame away.

P.S. I'm really bothered by the energy put into that jv page. If the product owner can sleep selling this, I can really sleep using it and not having to pay.
