We haven’t add yet the option to backdate on older posts but it is something that we are working on.

At the moment you can target 10 latest posts .

I always use Teespring and custom audience for 1 year now continuously and I never had not any problem with 2 of my accounts. I just finished a successful journey on BHW, which includes very useful stuff there..

It's not worth the risk - if FB catches you they will ban you its breaching TOS. If you have nothing to loose go ahead otherwise I would be careful.
