Yes we are working to fix the download button.It should appeared next to exctract button on posts section.

Also you have the option to select exctract audience only from posts through the page. Check the "How it works" Section.

Safe Use:

If you push your account to extract 24h audience is possible to attract facebook and your account get banned.
Also you can mix your campaigns with custom audience and ads without. Personally 80% of my campaigns was from userids and facebook emails and I had not any problem.
Also don't upload the files with the names only the facebook emails. I'm not sure if there is a problem on that but I have never uploaded names with the emails.
Avoid using ads and offers that are deceptive.

1. I tried the "Connect to Facebook" button once you logged into Faceid, and
2. I tried logging into Facebook before logging into Faceid.

They don't work for me.

Any suggestion?

Just tried it... still connects fine for me... I log into FB account... then login to faceids and hit the "connect to FB" button... connects automatically.

The API aspect seems fine, but the problem I see (the problem Facebook would see) is targeting people you don't have permission too. Ie private groups ect. Love the idea and I know without a doubt my ROI would sky rocket with this just like it did with social lead fox - but I would not be willing to have any risk.
