@discomix: Wow! So that weird 'answerparadise' link actually worked? Thanks for letting me know. I made a feeble (half-hearted) attempt to test it before posting but ultimately gave up.

Can you send me a PM with a little bit of detail on what you did to get the download? If memory serves, I got PDFs with weird links --- one going to AWAI (which gave me an unauthorized error message) and another funky-looking link that went to a page that slowly loaded indefinitely, until I exited it.

Maybe it was simply that I was rushing to do damage control and replace my non-working Icedrive link or that I was in the middle of doing something when I learned that it had been removed. It could have been a problem with my browser; but for whatever reason, I had a hard time with that answerparadise link.

I'm glad I went ahead and posted it if it works for others.

Now let's hope someone who downloaded it can mirror it for others so that I won't have to keep re-upping stuff I've already shared.

The example you give above is NOT a video, but a webpage. Some people are really funny.

--> all annoying javascript was been removed on each pdf
--> all watermark was removed and replaced with bbhf/mvp watermark
--> unnecessary page(s) that are not part of the AWAI was been removed
--> 2 download version was added (folder and zip version)
