"sorry if i was too rude. gov and edu links are only PART of backlink creation. i don't think that you can monetize those links in fiverr, because one backlink pack should include various sources of links. example: you can sell some blog posts with spun article, web2 backlink, social bookmark and edu gov link. this is possible gig, i think. i don't know how the fiverr biz works. look about some link building strategy, make one and try to sell it well. hope that helped"

Very interesting question. I am currently rebuilding my link building strategy looking for effective and actual one. This is subject to entire thread: How to build links - the safe and effective way. I'll post it when I am done. Meantime you can goggling for this topic.
