Khawk1 has made a great reply to your idea IMO.

Seems to me that Wp has a greater chance of success.
I say this just because it is not easy to get activity in a forum UNLESS it is as fake and useless as a certain CPA forum I can point at...and even then things tend to get very quiet once folks realize that they've wasted their time when (as Khawk1 also said...) their megabucks don't come rushing in.

i know its challenge but i now have some experience and challenge is Accepted

people can sue for any reason. you are right. doesn't mean the will and it doesn't mean they will win. to make a blanket statement like that before the platform is even set up and any content posted is ridiculous thinking.

forgottenhero- you are mistaken buddy. you are actually responsible for EVERYTHING on your site including what other people post. normally when people post something online on a platform they don't own or possess, they give up copy write ownership and the owner of the site owns all content that which is posted on their site. why do you think bbhf has a dmca tash bin? i wouldn't go around assuming things if you are going to try and be responsible in setting up this site.

In regards to legality, its really not a big issue, as its very simple to get a domain and hosting with false info, and just run everything through a VPN.
That being said, if you are seriously worried about this, I am fairly sure as long as you are not a USA citizen, or live there, you will have no problems.

you can be sued if your not from usa. they have a law for that. thats maybe the worst case. But your site will get shut down by government or claimants. not fear mongering but want you to prepare because legal action is real !

Exactly. We all know that Kevin David, Tai Lopez, and similar scumbags are the worst of the worst, but say anything bad about them and they will quickly go after you.
