I use The Pirate Bay. My client is a modded uTorrent named uSerenity. It connects to the group only 1 time to grab all the peers and seeds. I recommend to modify its settings so that it is completely anonymous. Mine is set to not report uploads, not report completed, or anything.. On top of that, I use PeerBlock while I download to add an extra level or protection.
